Return Policy

YOU MUST TELEPHONE US FIRST for a return authorization number! Don't just surprise us with your return, as it will delay your refund. 609-561-6722

CUSTOM items such as address plaques ($25 and up) and ALL CUSTOM MADE One-of-a-kind Novelty Mailboxes, Bacova Mailboxes, and Custom Vinyl Address Numbers are never Returnable unless defective or damaged in shipping. If damaged in shipping, SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS AND LEAVE BOX AS INTACT AS POSSIBLE. Call us immediately for instructions! UPS may send a representative to see the damaged item.

All other purchases are subject to a MANDATORY 15% re-stocking fee.

You may return any STOCK item, for any reason within 30 days of purchase, at your expense for a full credit of the actual item only, less shipping costs, to your charge card less a 15% re-stocking fee. Item must be returned in it's original carton, packed VERY carefully to avoid shipping damage, (which you are responsible for) and received by us in good, re-sellable condition. You may insure the item, but if it was packaged poorly by you, there IS NO COVERAGE. If item is received by us in damaged condition, and we can't re-sell it here in our store to someone else, we can't issue you a full credit for it. Please return via regular UPS Ground or USPS Ground or Priority Mail. Either is fine with us so please use whichever is the most inexpensive for you.

If item has removable custom personalization (such as an address) that we or another source provided, you are responsible for that cost of the personalization in addition to the 15% re-stocking fee.

Once item is received by us, within 30 days you will be issued either a credit on your charge card, a gift certificate for the actual cost of the item, or our company check, your choice. Please keep in mind the 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
